
Cyndi
Lee McKinney, a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), and an
Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), takes great pride in her
company founded in 1996. With 25 years of experience in Real estate
Sales and Rentals, she considers herself a true professional in
the real estate marketplace. She began her career on Valentine's
Day in 1983 and remained at the same firm until opening her own
business.
Ms.
McKinney is a Fayetteville native and is married to co-owner, John
McKinny. They have two children Owen (9) and Morgan (8).
As
the owner and Broker-In-Charge of her office she strives for perfection.
As a real estate investor herself, she limits the amount of properties
she manages. It is important when considering a company to manage
your home to select a Broker that physically performs the move-in,
move-out and routine inspections. She not only assures the owners
of the home that is being taken care of, she assures herself.
Management
Duties
- Determine
the highest amount of rent for your properties.
- Move-in
and move-out inspections are performed room to room and wall to
wall with digital photos that are immediately e-mailed to the
homeowner.
- Conduct
routine inspections to insure the tenants are keeping the home
and lawn in an excellent state of repair.
- Selection
of tenants are based on credit checks performed by Equifax, verification
of income from pay vouchers, and employment and landlord verifications.
- Homes
are marketed for rent in the Fayetteville Observer, the Multiple
Listing Service, Ft. Bragg and Pope AFB housing offices and our company website.
- Repairs
and estimates are arranged immediately with owners approval.
